Allmänna villkor
1. Allmänt
Dessa allmänna villkor gäller för samtliga konsultationer och tjänster som bokas via drronak.se. Genom att boka en konsultation bekräftar kunden att dessa villkor har lästs, förståtts och accepterats.
2. Bokning
En bokning är bindande när den har bekräftats. Kunden ansvarar för att de uppgifter som lämnas vid bokningen är korrekta och aktuella.
3. Betalning
Betalning ska ske enligt de betalningsuppgifter som lämnas i samband med bokningen eller enligt utskickad faktura.
Om betalning inte har mottagits före eller i samband med konsultationen förbehåller sig företaget rätten att fakturera kunden i efterhand.
Om inget annat anges är betalningsvillkoret 10 dagar från fakturadatum.
4. Avbokning och ombokning
Avbokning eller ombokning är kostnadsfri om den sker senast 48 timmar före den bokade tiden.
Vid avbokning senare än 48 timmar före bokad tid, uteblivet besök eller om kunden inte deltar i den bokade onlinekonsultationen debiteras hela konsultationsavgiften.
5. Försenad betalning
Vid utebliven betalning har företaget rätt att debitera dröjsmålsränta enligt räntelagen samt andra avgifter som följer av gällande svensk lag.
Obetalda fakturor kan överlämnas till inkasso eller annan laglig indrivning.
6. Onlinekonsultation
Kunden ansvarar för att ha fungerande internetuppkoppling och nödvändig teknisk utrustning inför konsultationen.
Tekniska problem på kundens sida ger inte rätt till återbetalning eller kostnadsfri ombokning.
7. Konsultationens omfattning
Konsultationerna via drronak.se är rådgivande och informationsbaserade. De utgör inte medicinsk undersökning, medicinsk diagnos eller medicinsk behandling och ersätter inte kontakt med legitimerad hälso- och sjukvård.
Vid akuta eller livshotande besvär ska kunden omedelbart kontakta 112 eller närmaste akutmottagning.
Kunden ansvarar själv för hur information och rekommendationer från konsultationen används.
8. Personuppgifter
Personuppgifter behandlas i enlighet med gällande dataskyddslagstiftning (GDPR). För mer information hänvisas till vår Integritetspolicy.

Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all consultations and services booked through drronak.se. By booking a consultation, the client confirms that these terms have been read, understood, and accepted.
2. Booking
A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed. The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a booking.
3. Payment
Payment must be made using the payment instructions provided at the time of booking or according to the issued invoice.
If payment has not been received before or at the time of the consultation, the company reserves the right to issue an invoice after the consultation.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 10 days from the invoice date.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled consultation.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment, failure to attend, or failure to join the online consultation will result in the full consultation fee being charged.
5. Late Payment
Late payments may be subject to statutory interest and any fees permitted under Swedish law.
Unpaid invoices may be referred to a debt collection agency or other legal recovery procedures.
6. Online Consultations
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection and suitable technical equipment before the consultation.
Technical issues on the client’s side do not entitle the client to a refund or a complimentary replacement appointment.
7. Scope of the Consultation
The consultations provided through drronak.se are for informational and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute a medical examination, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment and are not a substitute for care provided by licensed healthcare professionals.
In the event of an emergency or a life-threatening condition, clients should immediately call the emergency services or seek the nearest emergency department.
Clients are solely responsible for how they use the information and recommendations provided during the consultation.
8. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information.
